B族溶血性链球菌对妊娠结局和新生儿的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of group B hemolytic streptococcus on pregnancy outcome and newborns

目的探讨B族溶血性链球菌(GBS)对妊娠结局和新生儿的影响。方法200例门诊常规建卡产检且为单胎的孕妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇均于孕35~37周进行GBS带菌情况检测,以GBS抗原检测阳性的42例作为观察组,GBS抗原检测阴性的158例作为对照组。观察比较两组的妊娠结局和新生儿结局。结果观察组孕妇的胎膜早破、宫内感染、早产以及产后出血的发生率分别为21.43%、14.29%、9.52%、11.90%,均高于对照组的5.06%、4.43%、1.27%、1.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿感染、新生儿肺炎、新生儿窒息、新生儿黄疸的发生率分别为9.52%、14.29%、9.52%、19.05%,均高于对照组的1.27%、4.43%、1.90%、6.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GBS会对孕妇的妊娠结局以及新生儿造成很大的不良影响,需引起重视。

Objective To discuss the influence of group B hemolytic streptococcus(GBS)on pregnancy outcome and clinical application.Methods 200 pregnant women with singleton pregnancies who were routinely examined in outpatient clinics were used as study subjects.All pregnant women were tested for GBS carriage at 35 to 37 weeks of gestation.42 cases with positive GBS antigen test were taken as the observation group and 158 cases with negative GBS antigen test were taken as the control group.The pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,intrauterine infection,preterm labor and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were 21.43%,14.29%,9.52%and 11.90%,respectively,which were higher than 5.06%,4.43%,1.27%and 1.27%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal infection,neonatal pneumonia,neonatal asphyxia,and neonatal jaundice in the observation group were 9.52%,14.29%,9.52%,and 19.05%,respectively,which were higher than 1.27%,4.43%,1.90%,and 6.96%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GBS would cause great adverse effects on the pregnancy outcome and neonates,which should be paid more attention.
