常规检验与生化检验用于糖尿病诊断的临床价值对比

Comparison of clinical value of routine test and biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus

目的分析常规检验与生化检验用于糖尿病诊断的临床价值。方法98例确诊的糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各49例。对照组患者实施常规检验,观察组患者实施生化检验。对比两组的检验准确率、血糖及血脂指标水平。结果对照组检验准确率为73.47%(36/49),观察组检验准确率为95.92%(47/49)。观察组检验准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖(8.57±1.23)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(10.27±1.43)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(8.97±1.12)%、糖耐量(11.22±1.21)mmol/L、总胆固醇(6.22±1.12)mmol/L及甘油三酯(2.82±0.67)mmol/L均高于对照组的(5.28±1.15)mmol/L、(7.23±1.41)mmol/L、(7.05±1.13)%、(7.24±1.23)mmol/L、(5.02±0.83)mmol/L、(1.08±0.45)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者诊断过程中实施生化检验的效果显著,能大大提高检验准确率,得出全面的检验结果,有利于糖尿病后期治疗,因此值得在临床领域中使用及推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of routine test and biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.Routine test was performed in the control group,and biochemical test was performed in the observation group.The test accuracy,blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The test accuracy rate of the control group was 73.47%(36/49),and the test accuracy rate of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49).The test accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the fasting blood glucose(8.57±1.23)mmol/L,2 h postprandial glucose(10.27±1.43)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(8.97±1.12)%,glucose tolerance(11.22±1.21)mmol/L,total cholesterol(6.22±1.12)mmol/L and triglycerides(2.82±0.67)mmol/L were higher than(5.28±1.15)mmol/L,(7.23±1.41)mmol/L,(7.05±1.13)%,(7.24±1.23)mmol/L,(5.02±0.83)mmol/L,and(1.08±0.45)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically studied(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical test has significant effect on the diagnosis of patients with diabetes mellitus,and it can greatly improve the accuracy of the test,and obtain comprehensive test results,which is beneficial to the later treatment of diabetes mellitus.Therefore,it is worth using and popularizing in clinical field.
