瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉中的应用

Application of remifentanil combined with propofol in anesthesia of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的研究分析瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉中的应用效果。方法80例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,采用随机双盲法分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组患者给予芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,实验组患者给予瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。对比两组患者的术后恢复情况,包括术毕至自主呼吸时间、睁眼时间、拔出气管插管时间。结果实验组患者术毕至自主呼吸时间、睁眼时间、拔出气管插管时间分别为(6.17±2.16)、(6.85±2.56)、(11.21±3.24)min,均短于对照组的(10.09±1.18)、(13.56±2.55)、(16.24±3.14)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚有助于缩短患者的意识恢复时间和拔管时间,是一种积极且安全的麻醉方案,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the practical effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in anesthesia of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into control group and experimental group according random double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were anesthetized with fentanyl combined with propofol,and patients in the experimental group were anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared,including the time from the end of operation to spontaneous breathing,opening of the eyes and extubation.Results The time from the end of operation to spontaneous breathing,opening of the eyes and extubation of the experimental group were(6.17±2.16),(6.85±2.56),(11.21±3.24)min,respectively,which were shorter than(10.09±1.18),(13.56±2.55),(16.24±3.14)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of remifentanil and propofol can shorten the recovery time of consciousness and extubation time of patients,and it is a positive and safe anesthesia scheme,which is worthy of promotion and application.
