康复新液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞成长因子治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床体会

Clinical experience of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的研究复发性口腔溃疡患者应用康复新液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞成长因子(bFGF2)治疗的疗效。方法66例复发性口腔溃疡患者,以随机抽取方式分为A组与B组,各33例。A组单以bFGF2治疗,B组在A组的基础上再给予康复新液治疗。对比两组临床指标、临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,B组的溃疡面愈合时间(4.36±0.96)d、疼痛消失时间(2.95±0.93)d、进食改善时间(3.05±1.19)d均短于A组的(5.73±1.59)、(4.25±1.77)、(4.28±1.51)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的治疗总有效率96.97%高于A组的81.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液、bFGF2共用于治疗复发性口腔溃可取得良好效果,让患才的溃疡创面更快愈合,值得推广。

Objective To study the efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor 2(bFGF2)in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 66 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 33 cases in each group.Group A was treated with recombinant bovine bFGF2,and group B was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of group A.The clinical indicators and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ulcer surface healing time(4.36±0.96)d,pain relief time(2.95±0.93)d,and improvement time of food intake(3.05±1.19)d in group B were shorter than(5.73±1.59),(4.25±1.77),and(4.28±1.51)d in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.97%in group B was higher than 81.81%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Kangfuxin Liquid and recombinant bovine bFGF2 has good effect on the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,and it can promote the healing of the ulcer,which is worthy of promotion.
