分析玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减治疗肾病综合征的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

目的分析肾病综合征采用玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法64例肾病综合征患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予甲泼尼龙片联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察组给予玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后肾功能指标、血脂指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UTP)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组患者低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组TC水平(4.45±0.21)mmol/L、TG水平(1.43±0.32)mmol/L、LDL-C水平(3.54±0.32)mmol/L均显著低于对照组的(6.65±1.54)、(2.01±0.43)、(4.43±0.43)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.25%低于对照组的34.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减治疗肾病综合征效果确切,可有效降低患者血脂水平,改善肾功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 64 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group according random numerical table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone tablets and cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng Powder and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of renal function indexes and blood lipid indexes before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),24-h urinary total protein(24 h UTP),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment;TC(4.45±0.21)mmol/L,TG(1.43±0.32)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.54±0.32)mmol/L of the observation group were significantly lower than(6.65±1.54),(2.01±0.43),(4.43±0.43)mmol/L of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.25%in the observation group was lower than 34.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Yupingfeng Powder and modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction has definite effect on nephrotic syndrome,and it can effectively lower the blood lipid level and improve the renal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
