温针灸配合刺络拔罐联合肩胛带康复训练改善肩周炎患者肢体功能的效果观察

Observation on effect of warming needling moxibustion and pricking and cupping therapy combined with scapular girdle rehabilitation training on improving the limb function of patients with frozen shoulder

目的探讨温针灸配合刺络拔罐联合肩胛带康复训练改善肩周炎患者肢体功能的效果。方法82例肩周炎患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各41例。对照组应用肩胛带康复训练治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用温针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗。比较两组临床疗效、恢复情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均高于治疗前,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分(84.18±6.28)分高于对照组的(72.51±6.73)分,VAS评分(3.18±1.12)分低于对照组的(4.26±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者应用温针灸配合刺络拔罐联合肩胛带康复训练具有确切的疗效,可有效改善患者肩关节疼痛、运动障碍等临床症状,促进肢体功能恢复。

Objective To discuss the effect of warming needling moxibustion and pricking and cupping therapy combined with scapular girdle rehabilitation training on improving the limb function of patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 82 patients with frozen shoulder were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with scapular girdle rehabilitation training,and the research group was treated with warming needling moxibustion and pricking and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while the visual analogue scale(VAS)was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder score(84.18±6.28)points of the research group was higher than(72.51±6.73)points of the control group,while the VAS score(3.18±1.12)points was lower than(4.26±1.24)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warming needling moxibustion,pricking and cupping therapy,scapular girdle rehabilitation training has definite efficacy on patients with frozen shoulder,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of shoulder joint pain and dyskinesia,and promote the recovery of limb function.
