2018年桓台县15岁及以上居民高血压患病及防控现状调查

Investigation on prevalence and prevention of hypertension among residents aged 15 and above,Huantai county,2018

目的了解桓台县15岁及以上居民高血压患病及防控现状,为控制高血压提供技术支持。方法按照多阶段分层整群抽样方法抽取2325人,进行现场调查,建立数据库,采用描述流行病学方法分析数据。结果2018年桓台县15岁及以上居民高血压患病率为27.57%,平均收缩压为124.70 mmHg,平均舒张压为76.74mmHg。男性居民平均收缩压为128.10 mmHg,平均舒张压为78.87 mmHg;女性居民平均收缩压为121.40 mmHg,平均舒张压为74.63 mmHg。男性居民高血压患病369例(31.89%),女性高血压患病272例(23.29%)。15~19岁居民高血压患病1例(患病率为0.65%),70岁以上居民高血压患病122例(患病率为62.56%)。不同职业患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率均以离退休人员最高,分别为57.35%、87.18%、82.05%、43.59%。结论桓台县高血压患病率高,控制率低。

Objective To understand the prevalence and prevention of hypertension among residents aged 15 and above in Huantai county,so as to provide technical support for controlling hypertension.Methods According to the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,2325 people were selected for field investigation.The database was established,and descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data.Results In 2018,the prevalence of hypertension in residents aged 15 and above in Huantai county was 27.57%,with an average systolic blood pressure of 124.70 mmHg and an average diastolic blood pressure of 76.74 mmHg.The average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of male residents were 128.10 mmHg and 78.87 mmHg respectively;the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of female residents were 121.40 mmHg and 74.63 mmHg respectively.There were 369(31.89%)male residents with hypertension and 272(23.29%)female residents with hypertension.There was 1 case of hypertension in 15-19 years old residents(the prevalence rate was 0.65%),and 122 cases of hypertension in residents aged 70 and above(the prevalence rate was 62.56%).The prevalence,awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of retired personnel were the highest among different occupations,which were 57.35%,87.18%,82.05%and 43.59%respectively.Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in Huantai county is high while the control rate is low.
