摘要
“六卓越一拔尖”计划从1.0到2.0的跃迁反映出中国高等教育对一流本科教育的“卓越”价值设计从理念到行动的转变。十年前,“六卓越一拔尖”计划1.0的“卓越”设计鲜明体现出当时我国高等教育朝向质量本真的回归,现已取得显著的实施成效。面对新一轮全球高等教育发展主动权的竞争,“六卓越一拔尖”计划1.0作为诸多教育质量标准集成的新的人才培养模式,面临人才培养新理念、新标准、新质量的挑战。“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0着眼于中国乃至全球未来行业发展与产业生态对人才的新诉求,通过对高等教育质量标准统一量化的扬弃,追求一流本科教育从单一质量标准向多元“质量—能力”标准的“卓越”跨越。
The transition of"series excellence program"from 1.0 to 2.0 reflects the shift from concept to action in the value design of"excellence"for first-class undergraduate education.Ten years ago,the"excellence"design of the"series excellence program"1.0 clearly demonstrated the return of higher education of China towards quality authenticity at that time,and has achieved remarkable implementation results.However,in the face of a new round of global higher education competition of initiative in development,the"series excellence program"1.0,as a new talent training mode integrated with many education quality standards,has been facing the challenge of new ideas,new standards and new quality of talent training.The"series excellence program"2.0 focuses on the new demands of industry development and industry ecology for talents in China and even the world in the future,and pursues the"excellence"leap of first-class undergraduate education from single quality standard to multiple"quality-ability"standards through the unified quantification of higher education quality standards.
