鼓槌石斛扦插育苗技术研究

Studies on Cutting Seedling of Dendrobium Chrysotoxum

对鼓槌石斛扦插繁殖育苗中不同基质、不同插穗阴干时间、不同插穗部位、不同生长调节剂对抽芽率的影响开展研究,并探讨了扦插育苗技术,以提高鼓槌石斛插穗抽芽率。结果表明:利于插穗的基质为树皮+刨花(1∶1),阴干保存时间为30 d;假鳞茎不同部位抽芽率为上部>中部>下部;生长调节剂组合6-BA 200 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 200 mg·L^(-1)浸泡20 min,扦插90 d,抽芽率76.7%。

Experiment was conducted to study the effect of medium,time for drying in the shade,organ parts and growth regulators on the germination rate of the Dendrobium Chrysotoxum in cottage propagation.The results indicated that the best medium for cuttings was bark+shavings at ratio of 1:1 under treatment of drying for 30 days in the shade.The budding rate of different parts of pseudo-bulb was in order:upper part>middle part>lower part.When soaked in combination of growth regulator(6-BA 200 mg·L^(-1)+NNA 200 mg·L^(-1))for 20 min,the budding rate could be 76.7%in 90 days for cutting propagation.
