摘要
大学管理的教育性应更加关注人作为“完整的人”的存在。通常来讲,企业管理始终在寻求管理主体的便捷、可控以及企业效益的最大化,但是大学管理必须以教育性为前提。大学管理的教育性意蕴可以先从赫尔巴特的教育性教育理论理解,同时,大学在自身发展的过程中又形成了更加经典、深刻的教育性。大学管理的教育性并不局限在知识与道德层面,还体现在管理主体的全员性,在内容上的整体性与全面性,最终达到自治的目的。大学管理的教育性澄明应从大学管理的权威与自由、师生关系以及大学自治等方面进行阐释,管理本身不是目的,大学管理的最终目的是要回归最本质的教育性。
University educational management takes the existence of the people as“a whole healthy person”.Usually,enterprise management is always looking for the conveniences and maximizing the benefit of the enterprise for management subject,but the university management should be based on the premise of education.The educational implication of university management can be first understood from Herbart’s Erziehender Unterricht,and at the same time,in the process of its own development,universities have formed a more classical and profound educational nature.Its educational nature is not limited to knowledge and morality,but also embodied in the whole management subject,the integrity and comprehensiveness of content,and finally achieve the goal of autonomy.The educational clarity of university management should be explained from the aspects of authority and freedom of university management,teacher-student relationship and university autonomy.Managementis not the goal,but the ultimate goal of university management is to return to the most essential educational nature.
