基于“使命陈述”的国内AACSB认证商学院发展路径探索

Approaches for Business Schools’Development Based on Analysis of AACSB-Accredited Institutions’Mission Statements

通过分析国内32所获得AACSB认证商学院的“使命陈述”发现,这些商学院普遍把培养优秀商科人才和未来领导者作为核心使命,将知识创新与传播、科研产出与贡献作为关键目标,通过服务、参与区域和行业发展来推动社会进步。这些“使命陈述”对于商学院未来发展路径具有积极的引领与指导意义。文章认为,国内商学院在发展中应明晰办学定位,凸显自身特色,紧接市场需求,积极服务社会;同时以参与国际认证为契机,加强内部治理,寻求创新突破,力争跻身国际一流商学院行列。

By analyzing the Mission Statements of 32 AACBS-accredited business schools in China's Mainland,it is found that these business schools generally regard cultivating outstanding business talents and future leaders as their key missions,and take knowledge innovation and dissemination,scientific research output and contribution as key goals,as well as are committed to promote social progress by serving and participating in regional and industry development.These core missions have positive guiding significance for the future development of the most domestic business schools.This paper states that these business schools should clarify their positioning,highlight their own characteristics,and actively serve the society in response to the market demand.Meanwhile,they should take part in international certification as an opportunity to strengthen their internal governance and management,seek innovation and breakthroughs,striving to rank among the top international business schools.
