文化生态学视野下转型地方大学文化发展研究

On Development of Transformed Culture of Local Universities from Perspective of Culture Ecology

转型地方大学文化是我国大学文化多样性的重要来源,其发展不仅有助于提升转型地方大学核心竞争力,还为维护我国大学文化生态系统的平衡和稳定起到重要的促进作用。文化生态学有关文化与环境关系以及文化生态系统特征的认识和观点为审视转型地方大学文化发展规律提供了理论依据。建立在这些理论认识上的文化共生构成了转型地方大学文化健康发展的前提基础,文化协调是转型地方大学文化稳定发展的重点关键,文化再生是转型地方大学文化创新发展的重要保障。在文化生态学视野下,转型地方大学文化发展要建立“整体、协调性发展理念”“多样平衡发展理念”“动态化、开放发展理念”,并在这些理念的指导下,凝练特色大学文化,不断激发文化内生动力,提升对外文化影响力。

The university culture in local transforming universities is an important source of Chinese university culture diversity.Its development not only helps to promote the core competence of the local transforming universities,but also helps to maintain the balance and stability of the university cultural ecosystem in China.Cultural ecology’s vision on the relation between culture and the environment as well as the characteristics of the cultural ecosystem offers a theoretical foundation to examine the development law of the university culture in local transforming universities.To the development of the university culture in local transforming universities,cultural intergrowth is the basis,cultural harmonization is the core and crucial point and cultural regeneration is the safeguard.Thus from the perspective of cultural ecology,to boost the development of their university culture,local transforming universities firstly should build up the following concepts:system harmonization,diversity balance and dynamic development.And then guided by these concepts,they must extract the features of their university culture,enhance the endogenous power of the cultural development and upgrade their cultural influence.
