分类管理背景下民办高校教师队伍建设的困境、归因与对策——基于利益相关者的访谈分析 被引量:12

摘要 民办高校营利抑或非营利分类管理,对民办高校教师队伍建设而言既是契机也是挑战。与实力雄厚的公办高校相比,我国民办高校教师队伍建设仍存在诸多问题,如青年教师“成长慢”、高校为了迎接考核评估采取“突击式”和“全锅端式”聘用模式等。为此,民办高校师资队伍建设应该在结构上优化、在质量上提升、在定位上转型、在管理上协同。在政策建议方面,政策目标导向性更加明确,政策内容要不断完善,政策实施要注重可行性,从而推动民办高校教师队伍良好有序发展。 Profit making or non-profit classified management in private colleges and universities is both an opportunity and a challenge to the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities.Compared with the strong public colleges and universities,there are still many problems in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in China,such as the“slow growth”of young teachers,and the“shock”and“whole-pot”recruitment mode adopted by colleges and universities in order to meet the assessment and evaluation.Therefore,the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities should be optimized in structure,improved in quality,transformed in orientation and coordinated in management.In terms of policy suggestions,the orientation of policy objectives should be clearer,the content of the policy should be constantly improved,and the implementation of the policy should pay attention to feasibility,so as to promote the sound and orderly development of teachers in private colleges and universities.
