产学研联合培养研究生的多主体协同模式和策略

Multi-Entity Synergistic Model and Strategy in I-U-R Collaborative Cultivationof Graduate Students

产学研联合培养是在研究生培养层面实现产教融合,服务国家重大战略需求,为目前迫切需要的技术领域培养高层次人才的重要途径。产学研联合培养涉及高校、政府和企业等多个行为主体,需要构建各参与方协同合作的有效机制。文章基于利益相关者理论的方法和视角,发现高校管理部门、研究生导师、产学研平台、合作企业、地方政府和研究生是产学研联合培养中主要的利益相关者,并提出了各主体间的协同模式和策略。

I-U-RCollaboration is a main approach to fulfillintegration of production and education,serving the national great strategic demand,and cultivatinghigher-level talents for urgently needed technosphere.I-U-R collaborative cultivation need the university,government and enterprise to work together and form the effective mechanism.Based on the perspective of stakeholder theory,this article finds the functional department of university,tutor,I-U-R platform,local government and postgraduate student are the key stakeholder,and proposes the multi-entity synergistic model and strategy.
