摘要
当今的公费师范生教育中前两年普遍使用普通高中教材,后四年沿用普通高校教材,对这一特殊群体缺乏针对性的教材,因而无法有效激发他们的回归乡土的教育情怀。面对公费师范生来自乡土、毕业后回归乡村教育的独特性,其教材开发就应该以乡土文化为中心指导思想,将乡土自然、乡土社会、乡土艺术有机融入其中,通过独具特色的乡土文化教材促使公费师范生热爱乡土、回归乡土、扎根乡村教育事业。
In today’s public normal education,senior high school textbooks are widely used in the first two years,and ordinary college textbooks are used in the next four years.There is a shortage of targeted textbooks for this special group,which can not effectively stimulate their educational feelings of returning to the local and rural areas.In the face of the uniqueness of Government-Sponsored normal students who come from local areas and return to local education after graduation,the development of teaching materials should take local culture as the central guiding ideology,integrate local nature,local society and local art into it.Through the unique local culture teaching materials,the Government-Sponsored normal students will love the country,return to the country and take root in rural education.
