双因素理论视角下导师参与研究生心理危机干预的影响因素分析

An Analysis of Influencing Factors of Supervisors’Participation in Postgraduates’Psychological Crisis Intervention from Perspective of Two-factor Theory

导师是研究生心理危机干预的重要力量,研究导师参与研究生心理危机干预的影响因素,对提升参与能力、维护良好导学关系具有重要意义。对一百余名导师进行深度访谈和行为调查研究发现,安全稳定、团队文化和组织机制是影响导师参与研究生心理危机干预的保健因素,而育人责任、兴趣偏好、政治面貌及健康状况等内在因素和社会认同、成就需要、荣誉示范等外在因素是影响导师参与研究生心理危机干预的激励因素,并在此基础上构建了导师参与研究生心理危机干预的影响因素模型。高校应充分发挥保障因素和激励因素的核心优势,综合施策。

Supervisors serve as an important force in postgraduates’psychological crisis intervention,and a probe into the influencing factors of mentors’participation in postgraduates’psychological crisis intervention is of great significance for enhancing the ability of participation and maintaining a good relationship between supervisors and students.In-depth interviews and behavioral investigations of more than one hundred mentors showed that safety and stability,team culture and organizational mechanism serve as the health care factors that affect supervisors’participation in postgraduates’psychological crisis intervention,while internal factors such as education responsibilities,interest preferences,political outlook and health status,as well as external factors such as social identity,achievement needs,honor demonstrations are the incentive factors that influence supervisors’participation in postgraduates’psychological crisis intervention.On this basis,a model of factors that affect supervisors’participation in postgraduates’psychological crisis intervention is constructed.Colleges and universities should give full play to the core advantages of guarantee factors and incentive factors and implement comprehensive policies.
