高校思政辅导员胜任力构成要素分析

Analysis of Competency Index System of College Ideological and Political Instructors

思想政治教育是党、国家和高校都非常关注的重要工作,思政队伍建设成为关键一环,其中,高校思政辅导员作为一线工作者,在增强大学生对思想政治教育内容的认同感及思政教育实施过程中担负重要使命,提升其胜任力对推动高校思想政治工作改革创新、强化思想理论教育和价值引领具有重要意义。采用文献研究法,梳理出高校思政辅导员胜任力要素,主要包括基本知识、工作能力、政治素养、个性特征、职业动机等五个维度25项胜任力要素,据其编制高校思政辅导员胜任力要素量表,并用问卷法对量表的均值、标准差、变异系数进行验证,最后利用主成分分析法对高校思政辅导员胜任力结构进行分析,进一步结合冰山模型提出:工作能力是思政辅导员做好学生工作的先导,职业动机是内驱,政治素养是关键,工作知识是基础,个性特征是保障。基于此,从选聘、培养、晋升等三个方面探讨如何进一步提升我国高校思政辅导员胜任力。

Ideological and political education is a major feature of socialist colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics.Building a strong ideological and political team is of great significance to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political work,strengthen ideological and theoretical education and value guidance.Giving full play to the leading role of ideological and political counsellors is conducive to enhancing the sense of identity of college students with the content of ideological and political education and fulfilling the mission.This paper summarizes the competence elements of ideological and political counselors through literature summary,and initially builds a competency index system for ideological and political counselors in colleges and universities,which mainly includes 26 items in five dimensions:basic knowledge,work ability,political literacy,personality characteristics,and professional motivation.Competency indicators,and use the questionnaire method to verify the mean,standard deviation,and coefficient of variation of the scale.Finally,the principal component analysis method is used to analyze the competency structure of college ideological and political counsellors.On this basis,it discusses how to further improve the competence of ideological and political counsellors in my country’s colleges and universities from the three aspects of selection,employment,training and promotion.
