Monitoring and Analysis of Building Foundation Deformation in a Residential Area

摘要 某小区一建筑物地基,由于场地起伏较大、地基回填土厚度不一,且回填质量控制不佳,导致该建筑物地基不均匀沉降,地下室出现裂缝,至变形监测结束时,其变形仍在发展。基于建筑物变形监测和理论分析,究其原因是由于回填场地的地质条件、回填质量、地下水渗入等因素造成。该变形监测为该建筑物的后期治理提供了依据。 Due to the large fluctuation of the site, the different thickness of the backfill and the poor quality control of the backfill in a residential area, which leads to the uneven settlement of the building foundation and the cracks in the basement. At the end of the deformation monitoring, the deformation is still developing. Based on the building deformation monitoring and theoretical analysis, the reason is due to the geological conditions of the backfill site, backfill quality, groundwater infiltration and other factors. The deformation monitoring provides the basis for the later treatment of the building.
