某小区一建筑物地基,由于场地起伏较大、地基回填土厚度不一,且回填质量控制不佳,导致该建筑物地基不均匀沉降,地下室出现裂缝,至变形监测结束时,其变形仍在发展。基于建筑物变形监测和理论分析,究其原因是由于回填场地的地质条件、回填质量、地下水渗入等因素造成。该变形监测为该建筑物的后期治理提供了依据。
