According to the actual needs in the third national land survey project, this paper analyzes the application of FME(Feature Manipulate Engine)in spatial data conversion and batch processing. The requirements of data distribution, projection transformation, change monitoring, coordinate and attribute processing are introduced in detail. The practice proves that FME has advantages of high efficiency and convenience for spatial data conversion and analysis, and it has certain reference for other data conversion and processing.
