肾炎灵颗粒联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Shenyanling Granules combined with benazepril in treatment of chronic nephritis

目的探讨肾炎灵颗粒联合盐酸贝那普利片治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月天津医科大学第二医院收治的80例慢性肾炎患者,对所有患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组口服盐酸贝那普利片,10 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温水冲服肾炎灵颗粒,20 g/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗3个月。观察两组的临床治疗效果,比较两组临床症状(血尿、水肿、蛋白尿)消失时间以及肾功能指标和炎症指标水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为90.00%,对照组的总有效率为72.50%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血尿、水肿、蛋白尿的消失时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血肌酐(Scr)均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血Scr降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞诱素-1(Lkn-1)水平明显降低,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组的IFN-γ、Lkn-1水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾炎灵颗粒联合盐酸贝那普利片可提高慢性肾炎的临床疗效,减轻患者的临床症状,改善肾功能,降低炎症反应,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenyanling Granules combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods Patients(80 cases) with chronic nephritis in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets,10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenyanling Granules on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance time of hematuria, edema, and proteinuria, the renal function index, and the inflammatory index in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group, 72.50% in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of hematuria,edema, and proteinuria in the treatment group was shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the 24-hour urine protein quantity, urine red blood cell count, and Scr in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and the 24-hour urine protein quantity, urine red blood cell count, and Scr in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and Lkn-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the level of IL-10 in two groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05). The levels of IFN-γ and Lkn-1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the levels of IL-10 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenyanling Granules combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of chronic nephritis, improve renal function, and reduce inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical value.
