关节镜下不同股骨隧道钻取方式重建前交叉韧带的短期疗效研究

Short-Term Efficacy of Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament by Different Methods of Femoral Tunnel Drilling Under Arthroscope

摘要 目的:探究关节镜下不同股骨隧道钻取方式重建前交叉韧带的短期疗效。方法:在2018年1月~2019年1月时间段中,选取本院收治的32例前交叉韧带损伤患者作为A组,给予由外向内钻取股骨隧道法钻取股骨隧道;同期选取32例前交叉韧带损伤患者作为B组,给予传统经前内侧钻取股骨隧道法钻取股骨隧道;对比两组短期疗效。结果:A组手术时间与钻取股骨隧道长度与B组对比差异明显,P<0.05。两组治疗后IKDC评分与Lysholm评分显著高于治疗前,P<0.05;但是治疗后A组与B组IKDC评分与Lysholm评分对比不显著,P>0.05。结论:在前交叉韧带重建中给予由外向内股骨隧道钻取与前内侧股骨隧道钻取,均可以获得满意的短期疗效,但是前者手术时间稍微延长,且股骨隧道更长。 Objective:To investigate the short-term effects of arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament by different methods of femoral tunnel drilling.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,32 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury admitted to this hospital were selected as group A,and the femoral tunnel was drilled from the outside to the inside of the femoral tunnel;At the same time,32 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury were selected as group B,and the femoral tunnel was drilled by the traditional anteromedial femoral tunnel method;the short-term effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operative time and length of femoral tunnel drilled in group A were significantly different from that in group B(P<0.05).IKDC score and Lysholm score in the two groups were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment,P<0.05.However,after treatment,IKDC score and Lysholm score in group A and group B were not significantly compared(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament,both the extrinsic and medial femoral tunnel drilling and the anterior medial femoral tunnel drilling can obtain satisfactory short-term results,but the operation time of the former is slightly prolonged and the femoral tunnel is longer.
