摘要
目的:观察鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选取自2017年6月~2019年1月本院收治的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者130例,应用数字表随机法分成两组,观察组(n=65)应用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对照组(n=65)应用鼻甲部分切除术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率96.92%,对照组总有效率83.08%,观察组患者疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者水肿消退时间、住院时间、手术时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率3.08%,对照组并发症发生率13.85%,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的炎性因子水平明显改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果显著,是一种优秀的治疗方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods:130 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=65)was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope,and the control group(n=65)was treated with partial turbinectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.92% in the observation group and 83.08% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of edema subsiding,hospitalization and operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 3.08% in the observation group and 13.85% in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly improved after treatment than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope is an excellent treatment for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
