输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的效果及肾功能指标评估

Observation of Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for the Treatment of Kidney Stones and Evaluation of Renal Function Indexes

目的:探究输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的效果及肾功能指标情况。方法:择取2018年9月~2020年9月在本院行肾结石治疗的150例患者作为对象。遵从患者自愿的基础上予以分组,分为对照组及观察组。对照组给予传统碎石法治疗,观察组则采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗。分析比对两组对象治疗后肾功能指标情况。结果:治疗后观察组3项肾功能指标水平均显著高于对照组,各项比对结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统碎石手术,采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石手术治疗肾结石效果显著,对患者肾功能损伤较小,安全性更高。

Objective:To explore the observation of flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of kidney stones and renal function indicators.Methods:The study time zone was selected from September 2018 to September 2020,and 150 patients who were treated for kidney stones in our hospital in this time zone were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control and observation groups on the basis of voluntary compliance.The control group was treated with traditional lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Analyze and compare the renal function indicators of the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of 3 renal function indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The comparison results The difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional lithotripsy,flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy has a significant effect on the treatment of kidney stones,with less damage to the renal function of patients and higher safety.
