超声与X射线透视引导下下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化疗效比较

The Comparative Effectiveness Research of Foam Sclerotherapy with Lower Extremity Varicose Veins Between Ultrasonic and X-ray Guided

目的:探讨超声与X射线透视引导对下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化疗效的差异,为临床在选择采用何种引导方式提供参考。方法:对已经进行下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化治疗的患者89例的治疗后效果进行回顾性研究。结果:超声引导下的42例患者出现并发症共3例,患处闭塞39例,X射线透视引导下47例中出现并发症2例,患处完全闭塞44例。两者之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声与X射线透视引导对下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化疗效无明显差异,但由于超声具有操作简单、对身体无害,可作为临床的首选。

Objective:Discuss the comparative effectiveness of foam sclerotherapy with lower extremity varicose veins between ultrasonic and X-ray guided,provide reference for clinical in choosing what guide way.Methods:The retrospectively study for treatment effect of lower extremity varicose veins 89 cases with bubble hardening.Results:42 patients under ultrasound guidance had complications,39 patients had occlusion of the affected area,2 of 47 patients under X-ray fluoroscopy guidance had complications,and 44 patients had complete occlusion of the affected area.There was no statistical difference between the two(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic and X-ray fluoroscopy guidance for lower extremity varicose veins bubble hardening effect has no obvious difference,but ultrasonic have advantages with simple operation and harmless to the body can be used as the first choice for clinical.
