巨大子宫肌瘤患者46例应用多层螺旋CT与MRI诊断研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析巨大子宫肌瘤患者46例应用多层螺旋CT与MRI诊断的结果。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年8月本院接收的46例巨大子宫肌瘤患者为对象,按照不同的诊断方式进行分组,分别进行MRI诊断和多层螺旋CT诊断,分别是MRI诊断组和多层螺旋CT组,两组均23例患者,诊断后对结果分析和对比。结果:MRI诊断组23例患者中诊断准确的例数是22例,诊断准确率是95.6%,多层螺旋CT组的诊断准确例数是21例,准确率是91.3%,差异不明显,说明两种方式均有效。MRI诊断组的22例患者中,肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤的诊断例数分别是8例、4例、10例。多层螺旋CT组21例患者中,肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤的诊断例数分别是8例、10例、3例。结论:对于巨大子宫肌瘤患者实施多层螺旋CT与MRI诊断,两种准确率均比较高。 Objective:To analyze the results of MSCT and MRI in 46 patients with giant uterine fibroids.Methods:46 patients with giant hysteromyoma received in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects.According to different diagnostic methods,MRI diagnosis and multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis were carried out respectively,including MRI diagnosis group and multi-slice spiral CT group.There were 23 patients in both groups.The results were analyzed and compared after diagnosis.Results:Among the 23 patients in the MRI group,the number of accurate cases was 22,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.6%.In the multi-slice spiral CT group,the number of accurate cases was 21,and the accuracy rate was 91.3%.The difference was not obvious,indicating that the two methods were effective.Among the 22 patients in the MRI diagnosis group,the diagnosis cases of intramural myoma,submucosal myoma and subserosal myoma were 8,4 and 10 respectively.Among the 21 patients in the multi-slice spiral CT group,the diagnostic cases of intramural myoma,submucosal myoma and subserosal myoma were 8,10 and 3 respectively.Conclusion:The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of giant hysteromyoma is relatively high.
