摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺病灶内钙化灶在高频超声诊断甲状腺癌中的意义。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的73例甲状腺结节患者,均接受高频超声诊断,根据甲状腺病灶内钙化点的数量、周边回声、大小、形态等特征判断其良恶性。结果:高频超声检查显示,30例斑块状钙化,30例粗大颗粒状钙化,13例微小钙化。30例斑块状钙化中,良性病灶24例,恶性病灶6例;30例粗大颗粒状钙化均为良性病灶;13例微小钙化均为恶性病灶。结论:高频超声诊断出19例恶性病灶,54例良性病灶,而病理检查分别为18例、55例,提示分析甲状腺病灶内钙化灶,高频超声分析甲状腺病灶内钙化灶有利于诊断甲状腺癌。
Objective:To investigate the significance of calcification in thyroid lesions in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer by high-frequency ultrasound.Methods:A total of 73 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,all of whom were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound.The benign and malignant thyroid nodules were judged according to the number,peripheral echo,size and morphology of calcification points in thyroid lesions.Results:High-frequency ultrasound showed 30 cases of plaque calcification,30 cases of thick and large granular calcification and 13 cases of microcalcification.Among the 30 cases of plaque calcification,24 cases had benign lesions and 6 cases had malignant lesions.All 30 cases of coarse and large granular calcification were benign lesions.All the 13 cases of microcalcification were malignant.Conclusion:19 cases of malignant lesions,54 cases of benign lesions were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound,while 18 cases and 55 cases were diagnosed by pathological examination,suggesting that the analysis of calcification in thyroid lesions and the analysis of calcification in thyroid lesions by high-frequency ultrasound are conducive to the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
