分析腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术中创面采用缝合法止血对术后卵巢储备功能的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Suture Hemostasis on Ovarian Reserve Function During Laparoscopic Chocolate Cyst Elimination

目的:对腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术中创面采用缝合法止血对术后卵巢储备功能的影响作分析探讨。方法:对2019年7月~2020年3月在本院妇科接受腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术治疗的156例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者进行回顾性分析,其中对照组患者接受电凝止血,观察组接受缝合法止血,对两组术后6个月的抗苗勒管刺激素、基础窦卵泡数、卵泡刺激素及双侧卵巢动脉血流的收缩期峰值加以比较。结果:观察组抗苗勒管刺激素、基础窦卵泡数水平、双侧卵巢动脉血流的收缩期峰值均高于对照组,卵泡刺激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术中创面采用缝合法止血不会影响患者正常的卵巢储备功能,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of suture hemostasis on ovarian reserve function after laparoscopic chocolate cyst elimination.Methods:From July 2019 to March 2020,156 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts who underwent laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst removal in the department of gynecology of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,the control group received electrocoagulation to stop bleeding.The observation group received suture to stop bleeding,and the systolic peaks of anti-Müllerian stimulating hormone,basal antral follicle count,follicle stimulating hormone and bilateral ovarian arterial blood flow were compared between the two groups at 6 months after operation.Results:The levels of anti-Mullerian stimulating hormone,the number of basal antral follicles,and the systolic peak of bilateral ovarian arterial blood flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of follicle stimulating hormone was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of suture to stop bleeding during laparoscopic removal of ovarian chocolate cysts will not affect the patient’s normal ovarian reserve function,and the effect is significant.
