无创呼吸机用于重症支气管哮喘临床治疗的效果分析

The Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨分析无创呼吸机用于重症支气管哮喘临床治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月本院收治的78例重症支气管哮喘患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,给予两组患者常规药物治疗,在此基础之上给予研究组患者无创呼吸机治疗,观察和比较两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况。结果:在给予两组患者不同治疗措施后,研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.44%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为82.05%,两组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者在第一秒用力呼气容积、用力呼吸肺活量、呼气峰值流速等肺部功能指标改善效果上明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组患者在胸闷气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺喘哮鸣音消失时间上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于单一药物治疗方法来说,给予重症支气管哮喘患者无创呼吸机治疗干预具有显著效果,有助于改善患者肺部功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 78 patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and study group.The patients in the two groups were given routine drug treatment,on the basis of which,the patients in the study group were given non-invasive ventilator treatment,and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after symptom treatment was observed and compared.Results:After different treatment measures were given to the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.44%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 82.05%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group in the improvement of lung function indicators such as forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced breathing vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow rate(P<0.05);and the patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group in the disappearance time of chest tightness and shortness of breath,cough disappearance time,and lung wheeze disappearance time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single drug treatment method,noninvasive ventilator treatment intervention for patients with severe bronchial asthma has a significant effect,helps to improve the lung function of patients.
