3种宫内节育器临床应用效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Application Effects of Three Intrauterine Devices

目的:研究3种宫内节育器在临床应用过程中的效果比较。方法:选择2015年1月~2018年2月来本中心自愿放置宫内节育器的女性90例作为研究对象,按照随机方法分为A组、B组和C组,每组平均30例。A组放置元宫Cu270型号IUD,B组放置活性γ型IUDⅡ,C组放置新型固定式宫内IUD,对所有研究对象随访至今,评价3种宫内节育器的使用情况。结果:累计12个月的妊娠率:A组为10.00%(3/30),B组为3.33%(1/30),C组为0;随访至今脱落率:A组为16.67%(5/30),B组为10.00%(3/30),C组为0;续用率:A组为80.00%(24/30),B组为86.67%(26/30),C组为96.67%(29/30)。结论:相对元宫Cu270型号IUD和活性γ型IUDⅡ而言,新型固定式宫内IUD在临床应用的过程中具有更好的特点,不会产生严重的机械压迫性,也不容易异位、脱落,不会产生严重不良反应,具有较高的需用率,可明显改善出血和腰酸疼痛等情况。

Objective:To study the effect of three kinds of IUDs in clinical application.Methods:From January 2015 to February 2018,90 women who came to our center to voluntarily place IUDs were selected as the research objects.According to the random method,they were divided into groups A,B and C,with an average of 30 cases in each group.Group A was placed with Yuangong Cu270 IUD,group B was placed with active γ-type IUD Ⅱ,and group C was placed with a new type of fixed intrauterine IUD.All subjects have been followed up to date,and the use of three intrauterine devices has been evaluated.Results:The cumulative 12-month pregnancy rate:group A was 10.00%(3/30),group B was 3.33%(1/30),group C was 0;the drop-off rate since follow-up:group A was 16.67%(5/30),group B is 10.00%(3/30),group C is 0;continuation rate:group A is 80.00%(24/30),group B is 86.67%(26/30),group C is 96.67%(29/30).Conclusion:Compared with Yuangong Cu270 IUD and active γ type IUD Ⅱ,the new fixed intrauterine IUD has better characteristics in the process of clinical application.It will not produce serious mechanical compression,easy ectopic and falling off,and will not produce serious adverse reactions.It has a high demand rate,and can significantly improve bleeding and lumbar pain.
