子宫腺肌症超声影像检查特征和超声诊断价值

Ultrasonic Imaging Features and Diagnostic Value of Adenomyosis

目的:探讨子宫腺肌症超声影像检查特征和超声诊断价值。方法:选择本院2019年1月~2019年12月收治的50例子宫腺肌症患者,采用阴道超声检查诊断,将检查结果与腹部超声对比。结果:阴道超声检查准确度为94.00%(47/50)。腹部超声法检查准确度为80.00%(40/50),两组比较P<0.05。结论:经阴道超声对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值显著,优于腹部超声,有助于为子宫腺肌病的鉴别诊断提供重要的诊断依据,提高临床诊断的准确性。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of ultrasound imaging and diagnostic value of adenomyosis.Methods:Select 50 patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound,and compare the results with abdominal ultrasound.Results:The accuracy of vaginal ultrasound examination was 94.00%(47/50).The accuracy of abdominal ultrasound examination was 80.00%(40/50),compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of transvaginal ultrasound for the diagnosis of adenomyosis is significant,and it is superior to abdominal ultrasound.It is helpful to provide important diagnostic basis for the differential diagnosis of adenomyosis and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
