燃料乙醇生产工艺中热耦合技术应用及研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 节能是企业降本增效的重要手段。燃料乙醇生产过程涉及到多个工艺单元,包括生化反应、乙醇分离、以及联产品DDGS饲料生产等,需要消耗大量能源,相应的也会产生大量余热。通过热耦合技术将余热综合利用,能够显著降低热能消耗,节省生产成本,提高企业综合效益。本文介绍了国内外燃料乙醇典型生产工艺的热耦合形式,分析对比其中存在的问题,并提出了建议和展望,以期为我国燃料乙醇产业发展提供参考。 Saving energy is an important measure for enterprises to reduce cost and improve efficiency.A large amount of heat energy is consumed in the production units of fuel ethanol,including biochemical reactions,ethanol separation and co-product(DDGS)pro-duction,and numerous residue heat is produced in the meantime.By adopting the thermal coupling technology,the residue heat can be utilized,thus the heat consumption and production cost can be reduced,and the comprehensive benefit of the enterprise can be in-creased.This paper introduces the thermal coupling forms of typical fuel ethanol production processes at home and abroad,discusses the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions and expectations,so as to provide reference for the development of fuel ethanol industry.
