补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

Clinical Study on Buzhong Yiqi Tang Combined with Seretide for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法:选取300例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,按计算机分组法随机分为对照组和观察组各150例。对照组使用舒利迭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗后各症状消失时间及白细胞计数恢复正常水平时间,比较2组治疗前后的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)变化情况及生活质量、生活能力评分。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的81.33%(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后咳嗽、呼吸困难消失时间与白细胞计数恢复至正常水平时间均较短(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组PaO_(2)、FEV1/FVC、生活质量评分与生活能力评分均升高(P<0.05),PCO_(2)均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后PaO_(2)、FEV1/FVC、生活质量评分与生活能力评分均较高(P<0.05),PCO_(2)较低(P<0.05)。结论:用补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病有较好的治疗效果,能快速缓解患者症状,明显改善患者的肺功能,并提高其生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with seretide for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: A total of 300 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the computer grouping method,with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with seretide,and the observation group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi tang based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment,the clinical effect,the disappearance time of symptoms,and the recovery time of white blood cell count in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment,the changes of partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2)),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC) and the scores of quality of life and ability of daily living in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group,higher than that of 81.33% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of cough and dyspnea as well as the recovery time of white blood cell count in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,PaO_(2),FEV1/FVC,and the scores of quality of life and ability of daily living in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and PCO_(2) was decreased(P<0.05). After treatment,PaO_(2),FEV1/FVC,and the scores of quality of life and ability of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and PCO_(2) was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with seretide has good therapeutic effects for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients,significantly improve the lung function of patients and their quality of life.
