摘要
城市公共交通安全风险的应对和治理能力的提升,是交通管理部门面临的迫切难题。本文以职业紧张为切口,通过对某市百名城郊公交司机进行问卷调查及访谈,旨在了解城郊公交司机的职业紧张状况,探讨其影响因素,进而提出面对复合风险,应构建起“共建共治共享”的复合治理机制,达成集体行动,以缓解公交司机职业紧张的现状。
The response to urban public traffic safety risks and the improvement of governance capabilities are urgent problems faced by traffic management departments.This article takes occupational stress as an incision,through questionnaire surveys and interviews with one hundred suburban bus drivers in a certain city,aims to understand the occupational stress of suburban bus drivers,explore its influencing factors,and then propose that in the face of compound risks,a"co-construction"should be established.The compound governance mechanism of"co-governance and sharing"achieves collective action to alleviate the current situation of occupational tension of bus drivers.
