摘要
主管道是核电厂一回路主系统的重要设备之一,在运输至施工现场后必须要仔细地复核管段的长度、宜径、弯头的高度和角度、坡口尺寸等制造加工尺寸,发现问题要征求设计单位的意见进行处理。如能提前发现重大的质量缺陷,消除可能引发的严重质量后果,将对核电厂建设的质量、进度、投资等方面提供巨大的帮助。为更好地做好主管道安装质量控制,本文以某核电工程施工现场发现的主管道热段弯头高度超差问题为例,阐述了该质量缺陷所带来的不利影响,利用三维激光跟踪仪采集相关设备数据,将数据在专业软件中建立模型,模拟主管道热段组对过程,测算分析得到管段端面坡口再加工的理论数据。经过严格控制坡口再加工的过程,提出加工过程控制措施,最终保证了主管道热段与压力容器和蒸汽发生器的组对安装满足设计文件要求。
The main pipeline is one of the important equipment of the primary system in nuclear power plant.After the main pipeline is transported to the construction site,it is necessary to carefully check the length,diameter,height and angle of elbows 9 groove size and other manufacturing processing dimensions 9 and turn to the design institute for opinions to deal with the problems found.If major quality defects can be discovered in advance and serious quality consequences can be eliminated 9 great help will be provided to the quality,schedule and investment of nuclear power plant construction・For better control the quality of main pipeline installation,this paper takes the problem of elbow height excess in hot leg bending of the main pipeline found on the con-struction site of a nuclear power proj ect as an example,the quality defects caused by the negative impact are expounded・Relevant equipment data are collected by a 3D laser tracker,and the data are modeled in professional software to simulate the alignment process of the hot leg bending of the main pipeline.The theoretical data of the end groove reprocessing of the pipe section are calculated and analyzed,and the machining process control measures are put forward after the groove reprocessing process is strictly controlled.Finally,it ensures that the installation of the hot section of the main pipeline and the pressure vessel and.steam generator meets the requirements of the design documents.
