摘要
为了提高“华龙一号”堆型控制棒驱动机构整体强度及密封性,设计人员只保留了旧型号驱动机构中3条Ω焊缝中的中部Ω焊缝。新型Ω焊缝焊接机也根据此技术变更进行了研发及技术改进。根据反馈,“华龙一号”堆型的Ω焊接机在厂内及国内某些电厂现场调试过程中,出现了个别Ω焊缝模拟环焊接质量不稳定的情况。针对上述问题,本文对海外“华龙一号”堆型电厂项目Ω焊缝焊接机本体设计及相关焊接工艺参数进行了修改。通过对保护气体、气罩和压轮形式等相关参数进行优化,有效地提高了Ω焊接机的焊接稳定性和质量。
In order to improve the overall strength and sealing performance of the control rod drive mechanism of HPR1000,only the middle Ω weld out of three Ω welds in the old model drive mechanism was retained・The new type of Ω welding machine has been developed and improved according to the technical change scheme mentioned above.According to the feedback,in the process of commissioning on the site of some power plants in China,the quality of individual Ω simulation loop welding was unstable.For such problem,the design of Ω welding machine and relevant welding process parameters of an overseas HPR1000 are modified.The welding stability and quality of the Ω welding machine are effectively improved by optimizing relevant parameters such as the shielding gas,filling ring shape,gas hood and pressure wheel form.
