摘要
主泵共有8000多个零部件,装配专用工具就达700余项,其构造复杂,组装精度要求极高,我国近10年才刚刚具备制造能力。主泵在加工制造、组装安装过程中如果出现过程控制不严,发生加工精度不满足要求、设计变更未严格执行、漏装、错装或组装精度不满足要求的问题,致使重工、返工,不仅会花费较大的人力、财力,而且直接影响工程的主线工期,对核电厂的建设极为不利。现对海外“华龙一号”主泵电机因主瓦节流器问题而出岛进行原因分析和经验反馈。
The primary pump has a total of more than 8000 components and parts,and more than 700 special tools for assembly.The structure is complex and the assembly precision is very high.China has only just had the manufacturing capacity in the past 10 years.The primary pump in the course of processing,manufacturing,assembly,installation is lax,if there is a process control machining accuracy does not meet the requirements,design change not strictly implemented,packing,loading wrong or does not meet the requirements of the assembly precision problem in heavy industry,the rework will not only spend large manpower and financial resources»but also directly affect the main time limit of the project,which is extremely disadvantageous to the construction of the plant.The reason analysis and experience feedback for the primary pump motor of out of the island of overseas Hualong One due to the main tile throttle problem are carried out.
