Quality Assurance Interfacing Management Practice in Pakistan Karachi Nuclear Power Project

巴基斯坦卡拉奇核电项目是我国具有完全自主知识产权的三代核电技术“华龙一号”海外首堆,是践行国家“一带一路”倡议和传承发展中巴两国友谊的重大战略工程。本文以卡拉奇核电项目为例,介绍了总承包商与业主的质量保证工作接口安排以及项目实施过程中的挑战与应对措施,为后续海外核电工程中质量管理和与业主的接口工作提供借鉴和参考。

Pakistan Karachi nuclear power project is the first Chinese overseas reactor adopting HPR1000 technology which China owns fully independent intellectual property rights,and a major strategic project to carry out the"Belt and Road Initiative"and to inherit and develop China-Pakistan friendship.Taking Karachi nuclear power proj ect as an example,this paper introduces the quality assurance interface arrangement between the general contractor and the owner,as well as the challenges and countermeasures in the process of practice,so as to provide reference for the work of quality assurance interface with the owner in future overseas nuclear power projects.
