巴基斯坦是我国核电走出去的传统市场,中国中原深耕巴基斯坦核电市场三十余年,多座核电厂陆续建成,为巴基斯坦提供了安全、清洁、高效、稳定的电力供应。但近年来,一方面中巴经济走廊内能源项目陆续建成,极大地缓解了巴基斯坦电力缺口;另一方面,巴基斯坦政府现行的能源发展政策极力推崇可再生能源,在巴基斯坦的能源发展规划中,可再生能源装机容量快速增加,核电的发展步伐放缓。及时调整对巴核电合作策略,契合新形势下巴基斯坦的实际需求,对中巴后续核电合作的开展至关重要。

Pakistan is China's traditional nuclear power export market.CZEC has been deeply involved in the Pakistani nuclear power market for more than 30 years.Many nuclear power plants have been constructed,providing Pakistan with a safe,clean,efficient and stable power supply.However,in recent years,many energy projects of CZEC have been completed on the one hand,which has greatly made up for the power gap in Pakistan.Pakistan seems to have taken off the label of"power shortage".On the other hand,the current energy development policy of the Pakistani government strongly advocates renewable energy.In the energy development plan of Pakistan,renewable energy occupies a dominant position,and the development of nuclear power stops at C-5.Timely adjustments to nuclear energy cooperation strategy to meet actual needs of Pakistan under the new situation are crucial to the development of China-Pakistan nuclear energy cooperation.
