摘要
核电厂甩厂外负荷试验是电厂功率调试阶段重要的大型瞬态试验之一。试验中,核电厂进入孤岛运行工况,汽轮发电机组提供厂用负荷,并在规定时间后并网。该试验涉及面广、技术难度高、风险复杂多样,国内外很多机组在本试验执行过程中发生各种各样的问题并导致试验失败。本文重点分析该试验过程中一回路、二回路重要热工参数及核参数的响应趋势,结合国内外机组该试验过程中的典型问题,归纳典型风险,并给出建议措施,为后续项目调试该试验的准备和实施提供参考。
House load test of nuclear power plant is one of the important large-scale transient tests during the power commissioning stage・During the test,the power plant entered the house load operation condition.The turbine generator provided the auxiliary load and connected to the grid after the specified time.The test involves a wide range,high technical difficulty,complex and diverse risks・Many units at home and abroad have various problems in the process of the test and lead to the failure o£the test.This paper focuses on the analysis o£the response trend of the important parameters of both the primary loop and the second loop in the process of the test,combining the typical problems in the test process of domestic and foreign units,summarizes the typical risks,and gives suggestions and measures to provide reference for the preparation and implementation of subsequent project commissioning tests.
