海外核电工程员工心理健康问题分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures for Employee Mental Health and Safety in Overseas Nuclear Power Projects

海外项目员工面临着较大的心理压力,容易产生心理健康问题从而诱发心理疾病。员工的心理健康状况直接关系到项目建造过程中的生产安全。本文基于海外核电项目现场的管理实践,通过对项目现场员工的心理健康问题产生的原因进行分析研究,结合现场实际情况提出相应的对策,从而缓解员工的心理压力,提升员工的心理健康状况。为海外核电施工项目安全顺利实施保驾护航,也为后续海外同类型项目员工心理健康管理体系的建立提供了参考和借鉴。

Employees in overseas projects are faced with great psychological pressure,which is easy to produce mental health problems and lead to mental illness.The mental health of employees is directly related to the construction safety during the construction of the project.Based on the on-site management practice of overseas nuclear power projects,this paper analyzes and studies the causes of mental health problems of employees on the project site.Combined with the actual situation of the site,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,so as to relieve the psychological pressure of employees,and improve the mental health of employees.It also provides a reference for the establishment of the mental health management system for the staff of the same type of overseas nuclear power construction projects.
