木霉菌有机肥配施化肥对菜薹产量和品质的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Trichoderma Bio-organic Fertilizer Combined with Chemical Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Stalk Chinese Cabbage

摘要 为探讨木霉菌生物有机肥配施化肥对菜薹产量及品质的影响,设计4个处理:不施肥(CK),100%木霉菌有机肥(T1),50%化肥+50%木霉菌有机肥(T2),100%化肥(T3),测定了菜薹主薹直径、长度、单薹质量、小区产量以及维生素C、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、硝酸盐、粗纤维含量等品质指标,比较不同处理对菜薹产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明,与不施肥(CK)相比,施肥处理均显著增加菜薹主薹直径和长度,提高了菜薹产量,改善了菜薹的品质;其中,T2处理菜薹产量和品质提升最为明显,菜薹商品性更好,经济效益明显增加。 To investigate the effects of trichoderma bio-organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer on the yield and quality of stalk Chinese cabbage,four treatments were designed,including no fertilization(CK),100%trichoderma organic fertilizer(T1),50%chemical fertilizer+50%trichoderma organic fertilizer(T2),and 100%chemical fertilizer(T3). The main stalk diameter,length,single stalk weight,plot yield and the contents of vitamin C,soluble protein,soluble sugar,nitrate,crude fiber were determined.The results showed that compared with the control(CK),the three fertilization treatments significantly increased the diameter and length of the main stalk,increased the yield of the stalk,and improved the quality of the stalk.Among them,T2 treatment had the best effect on improving yield and quality,and its commodity of bolting was better,in addition,its economic benefit was obviously increased.
