摘要
围绕培养高质量应用型人才的目标,以地方应用型高校为研究对象,运用行动研究的方法,通过建构跨学科动态课程群的方式,以突破地方应用型高校现有学科专业群发展的“瓶颈”。在此基础上,提出跨学科动态课程群实践中应把握的关键点以及实施中的主要影响因素,以优化应用型高校课程教学及人才培养的生态,实现地方应用型高校的内涵式发展。
Focusing on the goal of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,the authors take local application-oriented universities as the research object,use the method of action research,and construct interdisciplinary dynamic curriculum groups to break through the“bottleneck”of the development of existing discipline and specialty groups in application-oriented universities.On this basis,they put forward the key points that should be grasped in the practice of interdisciplinary dynamic curriculum group and the main influencing factors in the implementation,so as to innovate the curriculum teaching and the optimization of talent cultivation ecology in applied universities and realize the connotation development of local applied universities.
