摘要
针对富含独居石稀土矿的样品,本文探讨了敞开酸溶HCl-HNO_(3)-HF-HClO_(4)、HCl-HNO_(3)-HF-HClO_(4)-H_(2)SO_(4)和密闭酸溶HF-HNO_(3)、HF-HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)以及Na_(2)CO_(3)-Na_(2)O_(2)碱熔等5种不同前处理方法,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定15种稀土元素。结果表明,HF-HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)密闭酸溶法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,能够替代传统碱熔法。
In this paper,the effects of different pretreatment methods in determination of REEs in rare earth ores Enriched with Monaziteby ICP-AES and ICP-MS are discussed.Five pretreatment methods including HCl-HNO_(3)-HF-HClO_(4),HCl-HNO_(3)-HF-HClO_(4)-H_(2)SO_(4),HF-HNO_(3) in congining pressure,HF-HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2) in congining pressure as well as Na_(2)CO_(3)-Na_(2)O_(2) alkali fusion were conducted for REES ores.Insummary,the pressurized acid digestion(HF-HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2))is simple and fast,high accuracy and good reproducibility,could replace the traditional alkaline fusion.
