西藏某高结合率氧化铜矿选冶联合回收实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Recovery of Copper from a High Combination Ration Oxidized Copper Mine by Using Flowsheet of Dressing-Metallurgy in Tibet

摘要 西藏某高结合率氧化铜矿含铜1.23%,根据其矿石性质,采用浮选酸浸联合工艺回收铜资源。硫化-黄药浮选法回收较易选的氧硫铜矿物,浮选尾矿通过加温酸浸回收其铜资源。实验结果表明,经过一粗一扫二精的浮选闭路流程可获得铜品位为27.33%,回收率为34.88%的铜精矿。浮选尾矿中铜品位为0.81%,对浮选尾矿进行加温酸浸,浸出实验结果表明,在温度为80℃,液固比为3:1,酸矿比为100kg/t,浸出时间4 h,铜浸出率达82.26%。总体实现了该氧化铜矿资源的有效回收。 The oxide copper ore was from Tibet,of which Cu grade is 1.23% and the ration of combination oxide copper is high.According to the oxide copper ore characteristics,flotation combined with acid leaching was adopted to recover the copper resource.The experiment results showed when using sodium sulfide as a vulcanizing agent and isoamylxanthate as a collector.By adopting the closed circuit flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing,single-stage scavenging and two-stage cleaning,a concentrate can be qualified with a copper grade of 27.33% and a recovery rate of 34.88%.The copper grade in the flotation tailings was 0.81%.The flotation tailings are subjected to warm acid leaching.The leaching test results showed that at a tempreature of 80℃,liquid-solid ratio of 3:1,acid-ore ratio of 100 kg/t,and leaching time of 4 h,and copper leaching rate reached 82.26%.Overall,the effective recovery of the copper oxide ore resources has been realized.
