用户侧储能参与需求响应的多时间尺度优化调度策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 为解决用户侧储能参与需求响应时的调度功率波动问题,提出了一种基于模型预测控制的日前-实时多时间尺度优化调度方案。日前调度计划考虑了分时电价、需求响应补贴收益以及储能电池损耗成本,以用户购电费用最小为目标建立调度模型。为解决负荷预测偏差对调度结果带来的影响,实时调度计划以日前调度计划结果为基准,基于模型预测控制方法建立了以用户实时净负荷功率与日前净负荷功率偏差最小为目标的调度模型以跟踪日前调度计划。最后通过算例仿真验证了所提调度方案的可行性和有效性。 In order to solve the problem of scheduling power fluctuation when user-side energy storage participates in demand response,the day-ahead and real-time multi-time scale optimal scheduling scheme based on model predictive control method is proposed.At the aim of minimizing the user purchasing electric power cost,an day-ahead scheduling model is established,which considers the time-of-use(TOU)electricity prices,the subsidy revenue of demand response and the loss cost of energy storage battery.Furhermore,considering the impact of the load forecasting deviation,the real-time scheduling model is benchmarked on the result of day-ahead scheduling and based on model predictive control method to minimize the deviation of net load power and energy storage stage of charge(SOC).Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling scheme are verified by examples.
