Development and Status of On-line Coating Technology on Float Glass

摘要 介绍了浮法玻璃在线镀膜技术的种类、发展历史与现状。经历电浮法、热喷涂等镀膜技术之后,常压化学气相沉积已成为当今最主要的在线镀膜技术,产品种类包括以硅质膜为代表的阳光控制镀膜玻璃、以氧化锡导电膜为代表的低辐射镀膜玻璃和功能导电玻璃等。在线镀膜的技术难点和研发重点是改善镀膜工艺与浮法工艺的适配性,实现产品功能多样化,提高前驱体原料的利用率,延长镀膜周期。 On-line coating technology on float glass is reviewed comprehensively, including the coating classification, development history and status. Superior to electro-float glass and spray pyrolysis, atmosphere pressure chemical vapor deposition is now the mainstream coating technology, with coated glass categories:solar controlled coated glass based on silicon film, electrically conductive and low-emissivity coated glass based on SnO_(2) film. The main difficulties, or research focus, are the matching of coating process and float process, multi-functional products, high utilization rate of precursor and long coating period.
