梯级水电站水光互补发电系统稳定分析 被引量:4

摘要 为实现可持续发展,我国在2020年提出了“双碳目标”,其中,风电、光伏等清洁能源的开发利用起着举足轻重的作用。新能源项目在“十四五”将会迎来新的一轮发展高峰,未来我国的电力系统将是以新能源电量为主题的新型电力系统,大规模新能源项目接入电力系统将会给电网的稳定运行带来挑战。梯级水电站充分利用梯级水库提高流域水能调节能力,提高电网供电质量。利用流域梯级水电调度灵活、快速适应负荷变化等优势,采用水光互补的模式开发光伏项目,降低大规模光伏项目接入对电网稳定运行的影响。 In order to achieve sustainable development,my country has proposed a“dual carbon goal”in 2020,in which the development and utilization of clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaics plays a pivotal role.New energy projects will usher in a new round of development peaks during the“14th Five-Year Plan”.In the future,my country’s power system will be a new type of power system with the theme of new energy electricity.Large-scale new energy projects will be connected to the power system.The stable operation of the power grid brings challenges.The cascade hydropower stations make full use of the cascade reservoirs to improve the water energy regulation capacity of the river basin and improve the power supply quality of the power grid.Taking advantage of the flexible hydropower dispatching and rapid adaptation to load changes in the basin,the photovoltaic project is developed in a complementary model of water and light,and the impact of large-scale photovoltaic project access on the stable operation of the power grid is reduced.
