不同规格卷烟物质指标影响因素研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of substance index of different cigarette specifications

中国是烟草消费大国,烟草消费者约为3.5亿人,国内各中烟公司为满足消费者需求,先后推出了细支卷烟、中支卷烟、短支卷烟。随着卷烟市场规模的不断扩大,其存在的问题也逐步凸显。短支卷烟是中式卷烟的创新产品,具有降本降焦、低焦高档的特点,但由于卷烟工艺人员对短支卷烟研究较少,在生产中往往参考其他卷烟的生产过程,这在一定程度上制约了短支卷烟的发展。基于此,本文在综述当前卷烟工艺研究人员在对不同规格卷烟烟丝结构的差异、烟丝结构与烟支物理指标的关联、烟支物理指标的关联性、卷烟机组参数对烟支物理指标的影响,设想了解决短支卷烟生产问题的方法,旨在为卷烟工艺研究人员提供思路。

China is a big country of tobacco consumption,with about 350 million tobacco consumers.In order to meet the needs of consumers,Chinese tobacco companies have successively launched fine cigarettes,medium cigarettes and short cigarettes.With the continuous expansion of the scale of cigarette market,its existing problems are gradually highlighted.Short cigarette is an innovative product of Chinese style cigarette,which has the characteristics of low cost,low coke and high grade.However,due to the lack of research on short cigarette by cigarette technologists,they often refer to the production process of other cigarettes in production,which restricts the development of short cigarette to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper reviews the differences in the structure of cut tobacco of different specifications,the relationship between the structure of cut tobacco and the physical index of cigarette,the correlation of physical index of cigarette,and the influence of cigarette unit parameters on the physical index of cigarette.The method to solve the problem of short cigarette production is proposed in this paper.
