基于文献计量分析法的中国关键矿产研究

The research progress of critical minerals in China based on the method of literature measurement and analysis

本文对国内学界的关键矿产研究进行了综述。基于1990—2020年中国国内期刊杂志相关刊文的文本内容和分类数据,笔者总结了其成果、分歧与共识,指出了研究的亮点与不足,预测了未来的研究趋势。本文的结论是:关键矿产的概念和理论主要是舶来品,国内关键矿产研究为国家战略和决策服务,受事件驱动。研究方法主要包括多学科交融的定性、定量和混合分析法。由于我国欠缺关键矿产的顶层制度设计,相关研究理论和方法缺少纵向深度支撑与横向广度关联,与行业实践结合还不够紧密,各学科间的交融较少。中国亟待完善关键矿产的顶层设计,开展整体性与系统性的研究。

This paper tries to summarize domestic critical mineral research.Based on the text and data analysis of the relevant articles of Chinese domestic journals from 1990 to 2020,the author summarizes the research results,finds out their differences and consensuses,points out the bright spots and shortcomings of the research,and predicts the trend of future research.The conclusion of this paper is that the concept and theory of critical minerals are exotic.The research of critical mineral problems in China is driven by events.The aim of the research is to serve national strategic decision.The research methods mainly include qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,and multidisciplinary integration methods.Due to the lack of top-level policy design of critical minerals in China,the relevant research theories and methods lack vertical support and horizontal system integrity,lack the integration with industry practice,and insufficient integration and cross-research between disciplines.Therefore,China urgently needs to improve the top-level design of critical minerals,and carry out systematic research.
