摘要
针对砂岩型铀矿体赋存于厚含矿含水层及其在地浸开采过程中的稀释问题,提出了采用高分堵剂在高渗透围岩地层中建造人工隔水层的设计思路。以新疆某厚砂体铀矿为例,根据其地浸工艺化学特征,选择FT-2和YG-1高分子堵剂,采用水力喷砂射孔技术在地浸井内打开高渗透围岩地层,分3个阶段向渗透围岩地层高压注入堵剂建造人工隔水层;通过封堵前后的热测井对比试验,表明封堵后围岩层的吸水率较封堵前下降了82%,建造的人工隔水层满足预期目标。
In view of the dilution problem of in-situ leaching mining of sandstone type uranium deposit in thick ore bearing aquifer,the design idea of using high plugging agent to build artificial water resisting layer in high permeability surrounding rock stratum is put forward.Taking a thick sand body uranium mine in Xinjiang as an example,according to the chemical characteristics of its in-situ leaching process,FT-2 and YG-1 polymer plugging agents are selected,and the hydraulic sand blasting perforation technology is used to open the high-permeability surrounding rock formation in the in-situ leaching well.The plugging agent is injected into the permeable surrounding rock formation at high pressure in three stages to build an artificial water barrier;Through the thermal logging comparison test before and after plugging,it shows that the water absorption of surrounding rock layer after plugging is 82%lower than that before plugging,and the constructed artificial water resisting layer meets the expected goal.
